WHSR Finals Are Set!
The finals are set after the WHSR Semi-Finals were played out Tuesday and Wednesday.
On the Varsity Girls side, the Dauphin Clippers continued their dominance defeating the Crocus Plains girls squad. In the other semi-final, it was an exciting game between Souris and Vincent Massey which went to overtime where Souris prevailed. Souris will travel to Dauphin on Saturday, May 24th to play the final. Kick-off is slated for 5:00pm.

On the Varsity Boys side, the Dauphin Clippers dispatched the Vincent Massey Vikings in their semi-final while the Souris Sabres defeated the Crocus Plainsmen in their semi-final. The Souris Sabres will host the Dauphin Clippers on Saturday, May 24th. Kick-off will be at 11:00am.
All four teams have qualified for Provincials.

Our organization is committed to promoting the game of rugby as well as improving the standard of play within its member schools throughout Western Manitoba. It is dedicated to fostering sportsmanship and fair play among its athletes. Westman High School Rugby Bursaries
WHSR offers two $250.00 bursaries for any male or female applicants who were members in good standing with their WHSR member High School. Applicants must do the following to qualify:
- Prove Acceptance to a Post-Secondary Institution
- Be Rostered on a University Varsity Rugby Team
- Provide a High School Transcript & Letter of Recommendation from High School Coach
- Letter from Applicant explaining their future education & rugby endeavors
- Must complete at least one full year of school at a Post-Secondary Institution
